Agreement for Independent Contractors (Babysitters) and Terms and Conditions

This Terms and Conditions agreement is a legally binding document between you and Boise Bees Babysitting, LLC, an Idaho limited liability company. To use the Service, you must consent to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. By using the Service as an independent contractor, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, including any future modifications and expansions published on https://www.boisebeesbabysitting.com/.

Please note that the Company may modify the terms and policies related to the Service at any moment. The Company may post an updated Agreement on the Service, which will become effective immediately. You must review this Agreement regularly. If you resume using the Service after any changes are made, you will be considered to have consented to the changes.

Please note that our Company does not provide childcare services nor act as a childcare provider. We provide information and a means to connect with families interested in your services, but we do not provide, give, offer, or intend to provide childcare services. As an independent contractor, you are responsible for offering services that can be scheduled through our network or Service. We are not liable for any childcare services or other services provided by you to third-party families.

By signing the Declaration of Independent Business Status attached as Exhibit A, you confirm that all the statements made are truthful and precise.

When you sign below or use our Service, you confirm that you are legally allowed to enter this Agreement. This Agreement includes accessing our website and sharing your personal information with us. By using our Service, you also state that you have the power and ability to enter into this Agreement and follow its terms and conditions. If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must sign below to confirm their authorization to this Agreement. Please note that you can only use the Service for personal use and not allow anyone else to use your user status. You also consent to follow all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances.

Independent Contractor Standing:

By consenting to this Contract, you acknowledge that you are an independent contractor and not an employee of the Company. You are not authorized to act or speak on behalf of the Company. The Company is not responsible for withholding taxes or providing employee benefits, such as workers' compensation, insurance, or disability. It is also essential to recognize that you are not an agent of the Company. This Agreement should be interpreted in the context of an independent contractor relationship.

By agreeing to these terms, you agree to the subsequent policies: - You will not directly contact users, including families, or circumvent the network to deliver services. - You will professionally deliver services, meeting the benchmark of care, mastery, and persistence commonly exercised by professionals. - You will follow all relevant federal and state laws, including tax laws. - You will have the necessary insurance coverage, including liability insurance, as required by applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations.

As a user of the Application and Service, it is vital that you do not engage in any of the following activities: 1. Sending spam or unsolicited messages that violate applicable laws. 2. Sending or storing material that is violating, indecent, threatening, slanderous, or otherwise illegal or tortious. This activity includes material that is harmful to children or violates third-party privacy rights. 3. Sending or storing material that contains harmful computer code, files, scripts, agents, or programs such as software viruses, worms, and Trojan horses. 4. Interfering with or disrupting the performance or integrity of the Application or Service, including the data contained therein. 5. Attempting to access the Application or Service or its related systems or networks without authorization. Please note that the Company has the right to investigate any above violations and may involve law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who violate this Agreement. Although the Company is not obligated to monitor your use of the Service or Application, it reserves the right to do so.
